I just hate not knowing. Are they going to just wait and have only 2 weeks notice before the next class? Cause it's less than 3 right now. What has happened in previous classes? Were they called last minute or a little more notice?

I know our process sucks! Been there done that. They need to cut down the wait time and give more updates after the interview and not let you sit in the dark. They do lose people to other airlines during this long wait. I have heard they do it on purpose to see if you really want to work here, but know knows if that is true. I got my Phase 2 complete e-mail about 10 mins. before I got the actual call for a class date, which was only about a 16 days notice, so be ready!

I interview Dec 15 2015 0800 .
I got a email that moving me to 2 phase the same day by 1700 .
Then I got 2 updates one on Jan13 and another Feb8 . One call that my back ground was done and nothing else after that. So im not sure what to spect. I will love to know cause. Im do for recurrent training at my current job and, I dont want to go trane and the leave. I told my boss about my situation. I hope I get hired . I just can go to training making them waste all that money and get the call from jetblue and just walk. So im pushing my recurrent as much as posible.
