Has anyone done the phone interview recently and waiting to hear back or has heard back for the invite to do the face to face interview?

I did the phone interview 3 weeks ago and they asked me to fill out a "Training Failure Addendum Form" which I filled out and sent back the same day of the phone interview. I only received an e-mail confirming receipt of the form and haven't heard anything else since. I asked the recruiter that did my phone interview what happens after I sent the form in and he answered that the form would get sent to a committee and that they would decide on whether they would invite me to the face to face or not in about a week.

So far radio silence...

It has been very quite on JB side because of some changes in HR . As far as I know everthing has slow down . Just hold in there . Everyhing can happend.

This hiring window was supposed to be open for roughly two weeks and it's now been over three. Are they not getting the quality of applicants that they normally do and keeping it open longer than normal? Probably just wishful thinking on my part

No they don't look at the applications now. When the window closes will be the first opportunity that they start scoring the apps. Jetblue doesn't do this its someone else

The WIA conference just ended on the 12th, maybe they want to give some time for those who attended to get their apps in. I don't think it is a reflection on JB not getting enough apps, or quality of apps.
