Hours have been pretty solid (3000+ to well over 8-10k). Times...be prepared to wait around even if you're competitive as it's a talented lot out there. I've been waiting for a year with many blocks checked: 5000+TT, 3800TPIC, 2700 mil IP/EP but many even more qualified have waited longer. Patience is the key...it'll happen.

I never said you didn't.
We shall see what happens, I hope very much that I am wrong but I know one thing senior pilots protect themselves.
Btw being a history fan I know what they paid the 190 guys.

Fair enough.

Despite industry history we have tried as a pilot group not to forsake the junior pilot in lieu of the senior pilot in my time at JetBlue. Most that have been here this long were either furloughed, part of bankrupt carriers or worked for dog sheet cargo operators.

We have seen the worst the industry has to offer.

When a senior pilot at JetBlue speaks to you about unionization it comes from an angle of substantial experience in how things can go wrong.

....It'll happen much quicker.....if, you know one of the 6 guys(or know someone who knows one of them) on the PINS Committee. They pull the resumes and then have the secretary call you for an interview. Good luck guys.

There will always be a way to get an edge regardless of the airline or system in place. I don't know anyone either but won't give up faith. I stand by "it'll happen". Would certainly prefer quicker but am holding onto someday...

What's the best way to get an interview? I've heard it's luck of the draw, and that there's no real way to get someone's attention in HR.
