Not yet on board (not even invited for an interview yet) but I recently moved to Boston. It's a great city with lots of history. Personal situation (family/single/city-loving/more country-folk) will certainly have an impact on where one would choose to live and the cost that comes with that choice.

That is a very subjective answer.
My personal opinion is if a CBA is achieved and industry standard merger language is incorporated then at the very least we have the ability to negotiate our SLI when the time comes. That would keep me here.
For other pilots it's all about pay or health insurance.
Lets see who else answers this question and get their take.

Pay, believe it or not, is not my first priority. Not saying it isn't important just that to go and demand Delta rates would be irresponsible, and there are bigger things to worry about in the near term. The pay rates will come long term. If we do get a union here I hope we have reasonable folks at the table who will keep a cool head without being pushovers.

Definitely subjective, my opinion is a CBA keeps more people than no CBA as it gives some steadiness to the situation. As I really hope to make Jetblue my final stop I would like to see the merger stuff and a few other things made a little more ironclad, like healthcare and retirement.
