that is a fair point but it also gives furlough protection for an extended period of time for things to get back to normal. Also raises 5 hours per month for the vil’s

Everyone was also a NO on the contract, until 74% said yes

true.

idk I just think the writing is on the wall. These bullet points all look decent to me. My math tells me that if we furlough in May. I will be down graded. And that financially will be a bigger hit than being at 70 for a while longer.

I wonder what that last point means as well where it says that LOA 12 will not be extended? Will we go back to 75?

In any event. Many of the people who put the contract together were very happy about our scope protections to begin with. I cannot imagine they would vote 14-0 to drastically change it.

Pretty much. What was the ALPA vote back in 2018? 10 to 4 or something close to that. Although most probably read Section 3 and voted accordingly. I’ll wait for the full agreement like I did last time. It’ll clear a lot of ambiguity we have now.

(But it would be a no vote IF it did.)

Overall, seems fairly reasonable. 55 hours a month was better than expected. Interested to see how many of each line, and the call-back language.

Yes voter here (depending on final scope language)

No vote here without a 15% raise, profit sharing and free pizza Wednesday. We should take advantage of all this leverage we have. I mean without us they would have less overhead.

Agree, not likely.

Have to see the full language, but just based on the bullet points, it's a No. A furlough would cost them more than this entire AIP!
