Keep updating your apps..

Take the 190 if you have a chance.
The plane goes to sleep by 12 no redeyes, less time on rsv and so on.
Go to the 190 if you can.

Careful now. If you happen to be Mco, there's red eyes.

Also last year there were red eyes built into BOS 4 and 5 days.

It happens

True I just assume if you are 190 you are going to Bos or JFK.
You are right there can be red eyes but nothing close to what you will fly on the bus on rsv. You get the crap of the crap flying and keep moving down when guys sr to you are done with the 2 year seat lock. I know everyone wants the bus because many are sick of regional flying but if you want QOL fast right now the 190 can get that for you before the bus. You will also most likely make more, I did vs the guys on the bus in my class.

Having said that everything can change tomorrow.

My classmates and I were hired Nov 14. Those in BOS (including my sim partner from initial) have lines. They did tell me they got kicked over to RSV for Thanksgiving though. For perspective, I was on RSV 6 months as a 320 FO JFK.

Just curious, does anybody have hiring numbers for the past few years??

I know it's around 400 for this year but I'm curious about past years.

Looking forward, hopefully solid hiring continues and a good TA is brought to the table soon!

This is why we are working on a CBA. We'll get some rules. Right now there are none. Keep ur aps cold. JBlue pilots will persevere.

Back when we flew the E190s out west we did have a few redeyes. DEN, SLC, and believe it or not LGB-JFK. The LGB flight operated once or twice as a scheduled redeye nonstop to JFK. D2 was on one of those flights. SLC and DEN lasted a few months.

As for the current redeyes...yes, MCO has them. I believe they are turns to Puerto Rico.

Also saw we are flying the E190 to Cartegena from FLL. How long has this been going on?

Cartagena from FLL shouldn't be that big a deal. It's an hour past Jamaica. I was on it a few months ago...
