We got to vote on weather we wanted a single digit % hourly increase for a guaranteed 30% reduction in profit sharing.
They were going to take the profit sharing raise or no raise... it was a sham. A shuffle. A way to keep the pilots from setting fire to the last log in the bridge.
Those apc numbers are accurate. There are no more pay bumps other than longevity.

That is confirmed about A Cut Above?!?! (Obviously there isn't a question our rates are incredibly low.) I don't see anything on their website or facebook.

Confirmed directly from them to my email inbox. I've been emailing them monthly requesting it. Apparently a lot of other B6 guys have too... Tapered Cirrus shirt (open pocket, 65/35 poly cotton blend) will be offered in blue. Spring 2018 is what they told me

The VH shirts are growing on me. The embroidered wing option with them is nice too (I know some aren't a fan). I like the Cut Above open pockets and collar. Will be nice to have another shirt option though, albeit a more expensive one.
