Read your own words and tell me if they are logical. If you think they are read them again.

In an attempt to steer things back toward Jetblue:
Remember when A Cut Above said they’d make their shirts in our color? Yea, well they started making them already... but had to stop when JetBlue threatened to sue them.... for making blue shirts.
The way this company conducts business is embarrassing. I guess JetBlues legal team should go around to every flight school wearing the blue Van Heusen Aviator shirts and threaten them as well.

Do we own the rights to the color blue?
Maybe if they were stitching the JetBlue logo/wings on there but otherwise why wouldn’t you be allowed to make a blue shirt?
There has to be more to this.

Apparently they think they do.... and there isn’t. Just a plain light blue shirt, with pockets on the front, and straps on the shoulders. No logos. This is exactly what was said in an email from the president of A Cut Above. Legally, they can make as many shirts as they want. Technically, we aren’t allowed to wear them (not an approved vendor as per the uniform policy manual). I imagine JetBlue gets a piece of the pie from HPI. They won’t make any money if we buy shirts from A Cut Above.
A higher quality, better fitting, more functional shirt, at the same price. Nah, makes too much sense.

Well since we have an allowance with HPI, we’ll have to pay A Cut Above in culture. What’s the Culture Token to $USD conversion rate? Do you think they take Lift Reward gift cards? Maybe we can trade them potatoes?
