I did but someone on here told me you can’t win these things.
Any judge would be bought by jetblue I wonder how that guy won?

I advocate for everyone on this forum to write their union administrators asking for permanent accountability on this particular issue.

As you can read from recent ALPA emails, they have been instrumental in clarifying what your responsibilities are during IROPs. ALPA's email even provided the case law. Have you noticed that BJ, even in their most recent email, failed to include the results of the arbitration award? BJ is still not providing the complete proper narrative about when you are required to check your schedule (e.g. on the last day of your pairing with no original pairing activity the next day).
They also didn't mention the part where if you have any questions about the pairing not to acknowledge it. The burden is then on CS to make positive contact.

Wow is all I can say to that.
May not be, in fact probably was not your intention, but that's exactly how I take your comments.

Suppose one of us agreed and called for a lawsuit here? Probably not a safe thing to do. So, let's not go there publicly.

I quoted you once, but you had brought up a lawsuit several times leading up to my comment.

So no, I will just triple check rainmaker looking for recurring honest mistakes.

It wouldn’t be that hard to tackle this issue. I’m sure some lawyer would absolutely love a wage theft lawsuit.

I would say if you can prove it you have darn good case but at the very least you should persue it through ALPA that’s what you pay them for.
1. Do you consider yourself pro-pilot or not?

2. I described the pattern and even a pro-pilot guy like yourself just thought it was an honest mistake.

Good Lord why am I having to repeat myself.

Arbitration judges are part of the kangaroo court system. Arbitration judges are not really comparable to federal judges. You would be surprised how easy it is to become an arbitrator. They are significantly easier to “buy off”. On the other hand, with the exception of the ninth circuit in California, it’s much harder for a corporation to buy off the federal judge executing jurisdiction over federal matters. Also, it’s possible this guy had a federal agency Sue on his behalf rather than him suing individually.

Well you are “pro-pilot” so take it up with bluedriver but be careful not to bate anyone into anything.

I’m sorry given your past posts maybe that was your (what’s that word) intent, but that’s not how I took it. I guess we suffer from the same issues in reading comprehension.

In other news... Jetblue is making even more money...

United, Delta, and JetBlue All Raise Unit Revenue Forecasts | Business Markets and Stocks News | host.madison.com

I like it when a company makes money.

I like it more when a company pays its employees accordingly who are responsible for making said company money.

Let's just agree not to suggest legal action against The Firm publicly. At least with me please.

For future reference, can I quote you as being solidly pro-pilot?
