Yes, hopefully they apply the AGR code to your schedule.

Meanwhile, there is no effective campaign to fight this. The average customer still has no idea that BJ pilots are gloriously underpaid.

"Equal pay for Equal work!"

"Stop abusing employees BJ!"

The contract better have scope for aircraft types/size/operating domain.

Because your pilots are still showing up to work and the flights are on time. Management has no incentive to come to an agreement while they have this cost advantage.

on-time? Clearly you have no clue on how we operate.

Hahahahaha! Right!

Really though. Nothing to do with our pilots. It’s all ATC.

Time for the blue flu?

I’m operating as “safely” and within SOP at all times. I think the majority of pilots are doing the same. Take a look in the lobgook and at the inflight control panel. I see lots of guys using both engines for safety and taxiing at safe speeds. I eliminate ALL distractions and make sure I fully understand the ENTIRE release. Guys are doing this and it’s quatifiable and noticeable.

But when I don’t extend the duty day because it’s not a wise and safe decision there are still numbskulls who coming running from the layover when the phone rings to “Oh man I was putting on my swim trunks and they called to give me a great deal!” You don’t say? Follow that up with a saved the day stand up PA and you’ve got the 1%’er douching it up. Don’t be that guy.
