Not if you're based in MCO. No hotel either, and you're paid less. Funny, I've yet to see a pairing with OSC or a sim in it. I guess I'm based at the training center during recurrent.

From the other site. "I heard a 190 went down for heavy check... found a crack in the wing spar, and the only way to fix it was to move the engine over a few inches "

N236JB & N216JB both apparently have the issue.

Doesn't bode well for an E2 purchase. Being down 2 E190s for the summer doesn't help our operation either. And if these 2 airframes have these issues, how many others in the fleet do as well? 12 year old airframes...disposable jets. Hope we get rid of them.

So there goes the spares that Joanna boasted so proudly😂😂😂, even though we didn’t have the pilots to fly those spares. Oooops.

Actually that is incorrect. The airline is having very little issue staffing flights. While the delays may be significant the completion factor is also high.

There is no limit to those who will gladly fly on a day off to bail out the operation.

Today in Giggity ( well, a couple days ago):

We run "hot" because we're a smaller airline.

Translation: We set unrealistic turn times, and it's still ATC's fault.


I can't wait to celebrate the first "operational win".


This should be a new thread. I can't take credit for the nickname, but it's comedy that just keeps on giving.
