Curious. Are there any contractual obligations for stock compensated employees to sell their stock at some point? Or did they just sell bc the market was taking a dive?

If stock compensated executives wish to sell their stock they're required to do so according to a pre-arranged plan to avoid accusations of insider trading.

look at Note #4 on the Form 4s above. The sales were shares withheld for purposes of tax liabilities. I think this is an automatic function and you can see it in past RSU vesting scenarios.

One of our flight attendants was working in marketing in HQ in Dallas. Left line flying at B6. Had to resign to work at JSX. Was so bad there she quit a few months ago and took a job as a new hire with FA with Spirit.
