Quick question- I'm a new hire and I'm where I want to be in BOS on the 190. This is my first staffing bid. Should I go ahead and still fill out BOS 190 as my number 1 on the bid sheet even though that's my current assingment? Thank you!

Not necessary. Don't do anything and it will be "NO AWARD" when the results come out and you'll have no change.

It won't even let you fill it out that way actually. Just do nothing.

^^^do this, but make sure there aren't any other base bids in there. But, I'd throw in a bid for the left seat 190 BOS for ****s and grins. Ya never know.

This! There are no "undo's" if you are awarded something you didn't want. Check the right side for anything that you entered previously that has not been awarded..

42 upgrades on this bid is a healthy amount, especially how the last few bids have gone. I have not looked at upgrades a whole lot since I been here. Is 42 normal or slightly higher? Anybody want to speculate how junior it goes?

Net 40 CA slots is a bit higher than the past few bids, but pretty typical for a Sept system bid. They usually do more upgrade training this bid compared to other times of the year.

I predict JFK 320 CA goes to the 2yr mark

I'm putting my money on senior 190CA--->320CA with minimal FO upgrades to the 320 and the 190 goes to 2300-2500. 320 hits 2000-2100 range.
