Can someone explain why, when on SCR the most senior pilot gets the earliest call out in the buckets? Did we bargain for that? You get punished for being senior on short call, by getting the earliest call out, and getting called first.

Last 3 weeks of LCR I’ve been called 20 minutes into my first day and I’m a middle of the pack bidder. Parties over back to bidding a line.

I told him they should have chosen the other way, as it would make senior reserves (which I was at the time) unhappy. he said it was too late to change it, and someone would be unhappy with it either way. EWR will become a pilot crew base, most likely co-base of JFK. If MIA grows anymore then that is close enough to throw co-base status on it too. Ditto for the satellite airports of LAX, especially BUR and SNA once more A220s are around.

Personally I’m quite enjoying our RSV system, especially this past year. The only time CS has put something in JETCRW in over a year it’s been PRL. Haven’t gotten a single call from them.
