Yeah you get a ticket anywhere except to YIP because you're based in YIP. But you get perdiem in YIP and no ticket, yet at home you get no perdiem and a ticket where they need you. So who knows where you're based here, it is a very interesting situation!

Get released in LAX but live in MCO

Get released by 19z OR be at your home airport by 2359z. There is no reason one of those two are not complied with each and every month. Bobble head tried to violate it often with me....I simply refused it and asked for contractually compliant travel or schedule.

I wasn't speaking of myself. I still like you! I couldn't care less who works what. I just wish we would go on strike and end this crap one way or another. Even at 61 years old I am confident I can get a job somewhere at pretty much the same pay or slightly less if Connie shuts the place down. There are quite a few pilots here who I think would be better off in the long run if they shut us down. Would force them to find another job which down the road would be better for their families

We are never getting released with the current mediator. We need to find another way.

I knew what you meant. I could also care less about who fly's days off or not. To me, the select few that lose sleep over who's flying days off need to get a life. Frankly it's none of their business. It's done NOTHING in the past year that has made the company park one single plane. Their efforts would be better suited to find a different strategy.

I don't see Connie shutting down this outfit, he's too stubborn and he doesn't like to lose.

The self implosion will be the "other way" since we have a CP that has said that he doesn't care that guy's are leaving for Atlas. Sounds like he just threw down a challenge to see how quickly planes will actually get parked.

I think it is called a wildcat strike. I am not suggesting that we do that. the reason that I am not suggesting that we do that is because if I were to suggest that, then the union AND the company would probably be mad at me. With all of the Status Quo violations that have occurred since negotiations started it is a mystery to me why we have not gone on strike yet. It is my understanding, and correct me if I am wrong, but under the RRLA a status quo violation is grounds to strike and strike without the mediators approval. It is my opinion, that this contract will not be settled without us going on strike, AKA, " The Jackhammer Guy". Let's quit wasting time and just get it over with.
