The contract says that they will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide a laundry list of things. That means providing them in good faith if possible. Not disregard this section because it doesn't say mandatory.
^^^^^ Exactly what this dude said!

Going to request the HYATT for now on.
Are you serious? Now we're not even getting IHG points!! Who the hell is behind this? When I started at K4 we got our points and breakfast and miles. This is bull****!!!!!

Check your IHG app, mine says the last few stays I was given zero points in CVG.

The only thing I can find in the contract is regarding hotel points. If they are not awarding them there is a remedy and our hotel committee should go to bat for you. Please call them. Remedy section is below.

c. Whenever there is a legitimate need to waive one or more of the required items, the Company and the Union Hotel Committee (UHC) shall meet to discuss and review the need for the waiver. Waivers shall be jointly approved by the Company and the EXCO. The Company and the Union shall maintain a list of hotel(s) that have been granted a waiver. The list shall specify the reason(s) for the waiver, and shall be available to all Crewmembers in the crew area. The Union shall not unreasonably deny a waiver due to lack of a required item paragraph 6.B.3.a above.

My girlfriend Linda just asked me what I was writing about. When I told her she said, “what is perdiem for? I thought it was for meals on the road”

SR is going out of his way to stir things up. He is upset he was removed from CS head although is somehow managinging to change things around to the disgust of the new head. Remember at a lot of these hotels we had point's or breakfast, and have done for years but he is now negotiating removal of them to drop the price a couple of dollars, and yes getting no points is only a matter of $2-5 per night!

Look at what he is doing to required travel that has to be done in business. He will wait and wait until the airlines release the business seats to frequent flyers and then say "oh no business seat available, heres a middle coach seat for your 8+ hour flight". I have waited 14 hours to get my ticket confirmation on a flight I was to DH on to operate a day or so later. When called on it travel told me all business class have to go through SR and he was not here to approve, then it was he is looking at other options, all the time the price was rising!! 1.5 hours to check in I got a confirmed ticket at a higher cost than if he booked it 14 hours prior!!!!

2 things in play here. His bonus is based on what is left in the budget at years end, so the more left, the more he gets so every dollar saved is a few cents more for him. Plus he uses a travel firm owned by his sister and probably himself, to arrange some of the travel. Had a flight that I went to put on my FF number and told I couldn't as the ticket was purchased with points!!! How he gets away with it plus having control of a safety related function (rest, travel etc) which is based on an incentive (bonus) is also unreal.

This **** needs to stop. If SR is really doing these things, he needs to be removed and separated form K4.
