This is Sad.
Most of the above posts indicate that many of you have NO idea what the difference is between a Defined Benefit Plan as opposed to a Defined Contribution plan. Nor, the history thereof or, the difference between an A plan or a B Plan, or the relationship of all of these to each other as regards traditional Airline Retirement Benefits.

Oh well...No sense in further discussion then.
