I didn’t say they would be denied because they are non-union. And I didn’t say the AFA can do it. The AFA is an advocate for their members and no one else. Since they are no AFA or part of any union, they don’t have an advocate to make their case to the TSA. Please fo back and reread what I wrote.

This is an excellent point. DAL would definitely intervene on behalf of their FAs as a whole.

I do four day trips, I see people wearing the name company name on their badge as me also doing four day trips. They have twice the amount of stuff as me. I’m curious, like a cat.

I have, in fact, flown with ppl (at a previous carrier) who would empty the catering carts into their bags at the end of a trip.

One actually filled her bag with empty soda cans- so she could recycle them.

Then there was the one who had two cooler bags: one for food, and one for the beer on the overnights.
