Well Congress is probably going to flip Republican in a few months, and in 2 years the Dems wont control the White House.

So unless Schumer gets a wild hair and lets it go to the floor it sounds like it depends on who controls the Senate after this November. Don’t thnk Biden would be motivated to veto (I mean how would an 80-yr old President object to a 67-yr old pilot? Hypocrisy much?) But the Senate is a wide open question.
