if it's who I think this person is, he blocks anyone from the FB page who gives the slightest hint they aren't on his team. Not exactly the best way to endear people to your cause.

Well if it is in fact a scam, the business model is to focus only on the most gullible customers, and not waste any time on the rest.

Try having a conversation with a phone scammer if you're bored... if you sound like you have all your wits about you they'll just hang up.

Yeah, the sad part is, I think they are all (literally) unwittingly scamming one another. As in, none of them have their wits about them.

All that said, they will probably be successful in the end, just not in time to help those who are 62+.

My guess is that when the FAA comes up for reauthorization in 2028, ICAO will have their data and be exploring 67 for real and not just some "go color in the corner" working paper. 67 will happen in 2029-2030.

If it does end up happening, I am truly hoping for post late Feb 2028, because our dear friend Nehls punches out then…. We all know he truly NEEDS more than 41 years on a major airline seniority list.

Historically ICAO meets every 3 years, so barring something that pushes an extra meeting, it’s off the table until Sept 2028. Sure it’s possible to get something passed in the US but good luck getting 60 senators to agree on anything right now.

“Guys I know there's a government shutdown, but there are 5 thousand upper middle class union members out there who REALLY want us to pass a standalone bill so they can each have another million dollars before they retire. Can I get 7 democratic senators with me? no? ok moving on"

This is the extent any senator is gonna go to bat for LEPF.

I think as along as it’s after every single SCAB on any Pilot seniority list gone.. I could stomach it.

SCAB free in 23’ .. now gotta wait ‘til ‘28… hopefully we don’t have to come up with a saying for ‘30

Their seniority is already double digits. As long as it’s after March 2028, I will have achieved enlightenment.
