It hasn't.

And "food" and "medicine" companies grease enough pockets to keep it that way.

We have a rider from Estonia who has made Ill multiple times by "healthy" us foods, not fast food. We're talking Olympian level fitness not some guy who considers walking to the pub exercise.

We basically have to cook all his food from scratch from stuff from Whole Foods, Sprouts etc and still have to watch what sort of BS is getting put in US versions of stuff he buys back home.

you know the average person is incredibly stupid right? Major corporations in the USA are basically selling addictive poison to them. Since garbage food is so pervasive here, it can be hard to avoid, or you are unknowingly eating it at a restaurant, even “good” ones

people are too stupid to eat so we need a nanny state to tell them how to do it better? do you know how to eat healthy?

do you know how many “healthy” foods have been genetically modified by the industry and the choices for non-gmo are severely lacking or over priced. There are Regulatory changes that need to be made to disclosures and truth in nutrition.

ICAO has plenty of evidence to support are 60 being the appropriate cutoff and only raised it to 65 following the US who ALSO had tons of data to support 60 but congress was lobbied and raised it anyway.

lower the retirement withdrawal to 60 or even 55 like nurses and it won’t be an issue.

Emotions and politics are different than facts though.

Rick, I’m throwing the BS flag here. As an FO I never once flew with a CA that packed any food more than a few over processed protein bars or some beef jerky. As a CA most of my FOs marvel that I pack my own food.
And if you really wanted to stay on a good sleep cycle, that really honors circadian rhythm, then I doubt you are doing that on the 777
