We got the word today. I am somewhat at ease, now that I heard from our guys, but the news is terrible. We need to end this madness. I would guess Aug. for the earliest we will here the final decision. Probably more like Sept.

Seems pretty silly to accept that abuse for less than unemployment pays.

More of the same from that company.
We are running thin. I always thought that they company was waiting to see how this integration was going to play out before they made any big moves. If they are going to "hire" XY guys as you say, it will most likely happen very soon.

Just to rehash what has been said already:

-The RAH EXCO has communicated with its pilots, in reasonable detail.

-The largest factor in this delay was the two day cross examination of the witness/analyst representing the RAH pilots.

-The hearings will continue at the end of May

-Midwest and Lynx have fully presented.

-RAH did not finish presenting, for reasons stated above. RAH still has witnesses to call, and the other parties will be entitled to cross examine them.

- Frontier has not presented yet.

- It is expected that the arbitrator will ensure the hearings do not last beyond the weekend scheduled in May.

- The fact that a single RAH witness was cross examined for two days shows that the delay was not the fault of the RAH EXCO, and that Frontier, Lynx and Midwest were given and took full advantage of their right to a fair process.

1725/month working vs. 1682/month on unemployment. I'm guessing any accommodations being more than $43/month.

Guilty, but can you admit Republics EXCO has taken no steps to support another labor union being whip-sawed against your union contract.

People have said... "past history is the best indicator of future actions". Why should I feel the Republic EXCO has finally found Jxxxx?

The contract itself is by far the best support against whip-sawing which is why integration is happening. If it didn't have the language it did there wouldn't be any reason to have integration at all. Look at TSA/GoJets. Forcing integration is the greatest step anyone could have taken against the company to support the other labor unions. Anything else is not within their power. So no I don't agree with saying they've done nothing. They've been working their tails off which in the long run I think will benefit everyone.
