You had a chance to take a highly experienced, highly motivated group of employees that are fiercely loyal to their company and ride that wave of enthusiasm to a very promising and prosperous future. Instead, you chose the quick buck instead of the greater long term rewards.

The Denver post has had a few articles lately on whats happening to Frontier and Lynx. Employee morale is going down and passengers who once had a TV are noticing a Midwest painted airplane at their gate.

Its going to take a lot of propping.
Just curious but what so far has changed at F9 and lynx? I don't run into them much.

1250 on the master RAH list list probably a late 05 or early o6 hire... most the 08 hires have been on furlough....

If you are gonna make comparisons at least get it the ballpark.

1. IBT747 is out so after SLI we as a group can write our own bylaws. (this might be a last ditch effort to keep IBT around)
2. After SLI we as a group can form our own independant union and rewrite new bylaws.
3. After SLI we as a group can work together on a new contract.
I agree 100% with your 3 bullet points.

Is that the first time an F9 guy and a RAH guy have agreed on something?

What does the successorship clause in your contract say?

So operationally what has changed at F9 and Lynx as of right now that would make them regret their decisions? From what I've heard F9 is now recalling and upgrading. If they've taken any paycuts or made changes to work rules it'd be news to me but like I've said I don't run into them much.

The new schedules that RAH does aren't nearly as good as they used to be when we did them. We've cancelled a couple of small upgrade classes and a new hire class as well. And all of us are sitting on pins and needles while RAH decides what to do with us. Morale is low. The overall feel of the company has just changed in general...and not for the better. Most of us are hoping to be sold off as a unit rather than deal with whats going on.
