I suppose we are arguing over semantics. If you feel your reps truly don't represent their constituents best interests, whether evidenced by a yes vote or anything else, then you have the right to pursue a recall.

That's part of the "process" as well.

Gave ALPA one chance after C12. This chance, on C15. After the TA, renewing my card and sending it in.

It looks like DPA may need to start updating their website more.

Yep... They're pretty busy though. Please just send in your card.

Wanted to give DALPA a shot. Wasn't impressed with C2012 but with the three year contract length and potentially better economic climate, thought C2015 might be their redeeming moment. But with the best negotiating environment in generations, this is what we get? And on an accelerated timeline? Much props to my NYC reps, everyone should read their latest. These are the guys we need to get once DPA is up and running. Card renewed and sent in.

Those of you wanting to recall the reps that sent this TA to memory rat, remember that the DPA bylaws require them to send it to the membership always. Irony!

After talking to Donatelli at the Council 20 meeting over a month ago I fell into the false hope that this contract would be amazing. A win for the Delta pilots, DALPA and management. Together we would crush the competition.

I looked forward to wearing my ALPA pin and being proud to be in ALPA like I was 30 years ago.

I was played, we were played. This was over before it started. The insiders had control the whole time. They played their upper hand much better this time. Learning from their mistakes in C2012. The O'Malley/Scappy nightmare.

There can be no doubt in any Delta pilot's mind that DALPA will never change and they have to go.

My DPA card renewed yesterday along with a check.

This TA is a failure across the board. The gains are pathetic and the concessions unthinkable and unnecessary.

We need 8000 DPA cards yesterday.

Make your voice heard.

Can a NH still on probation send in a card, or is that considered verboten?

They didn't vote to send it to memory rat. The YES voters voted to say the contract met the MEC's direction. The NO voters voted to say it did not. Memory rat is simply the next step in the process.

What DPA said is that EVERYTHING goes to memory rat...including LOA's.
