Sorry for telling it like it is. So many are looking to bail its not even funny. The comp and benefits elsewhere are far superior. That's just the way it is.

Good. People leaving = movement. The legacies are SO much better. Everyone senior should go. You'll be much happier!

Dude, Let's be realistic here. Jetblue is a stepping stone to the Majors!
Jetblue IS NOT a DAL, a UAL, a FEX, a UPS, a SWA, or an AK. It just isn't!
Sure, a little Airbus time and overwater experience would have been nice in the logbook. But, Jetblue is a job, not a career!
So, you haven't lost much. Keep your apps updated at the Majors.
Good luck.

Sorry to hear it. If you really want to be here do a deep self-analysis and come back in 6 months. Fwiw our interview is inordinately (imo only) skewed towards personality and teamwork, so if you can find the edges that might come off as rough file 'em off then give us another shot. Otherwise, everything happens for a reason and your next gig will blow us out of the water. Good luck either way.

This is a poolies thread and I welcome all the new hires. Many of us have been very happy here and look at this as a career and we look foward to you joining us.

AEW do you know of guys that didn't make it on the first interview and re-applied and were called to interview again? I know this is where I want to make my career, I KNOW THIS! I do have an interview next Monday on the 5th but man I know it's all about showing them you are the person they are looking for. I just wonder, that's all. Thanks
If you are looking for a "career" you might want to compare benefits there to the Majors.
The medical benefits are NOTHING like those at Majors/REGIONALS and the retirement is discretionary. Are you targeting something in particular at JB or do you just not meet the minimums at the Majors?
Just curious. Either way. Good luck in your career.

That is your opinion, as opposed to "telling it like it is". Though I like many others are not happy with the health insurance amongst other things, I do not hear alot of talk about bailing. This is my opinion.

Who's basing this on opinion?
Training folder requests are a good measure of how many are being "considered" for employment elsewhere. Of course, this represents only a percentage of those with apps out there.
