Sometimes they purge the system and throw out all the apps and get a fresh supply. They will let you know in advance to let you prep to re-apply. As I remember, the info can be transferred from the existing application to the new one. It's a good idea to print your app out so you can easily re-enter the info quickly as the windows are only open for a few days to a week at a time. I was on my 3rd application window when I got called. Good luck..
