That settles it then. It "must" be true.

You have 100% confirmed what I suspected all along.

As the song goes; "I spent so much time believing all the lies to keep the dream alive".

God help you dude. God help you!

Ah, because I don't believe in your fairy tale about JetBlue having unlimited funds and costs don't actually have to be paid with real money?

Fine with me. I could care less what you think of me you dishonest POS.

Competitive compensation, which by the way, is said to be JB's philosophy, is a fairy tale in your view is it?

Wow. Evidently, you don't have much faith in leadership or the business model do you?

How many DECADES did SW have compensation below our peer set?

And I already said, we probably could pay our PSIA comp, but if you include everything else up to Delta standards, including the vacation changes you want, then growth will have to slow dramatically.

It is as predictable as gravity.

I have moderate/minimal faith in our management, and understand the limitations of our business plan (and current place in the industry).

Now why don't you leave us "clowns" alone and go worry about United stuff.

CoE doesn't apply to forums, why would you think it does?

What do JB pilots do that contributes to the pilot profession?

When is the next vote on unionization coming up?

Ever looked at JB's history?

Ever looked at why growth was curbed before?

Ever looked at why JB became overstaffed and had to offer extended LOA's?

Ever looked at what caused JB to post losses?

Ever looked at why JB had many disappointing quarters?

Ever looked at why JB performed so poorly compared to Airlines like AirTran and AK?

Was ANY of that caused by labor costs?????

NO!

Are you aware that JB scored a VERY significant advantage just by virtue of remaining non-union? Having NO work rules gives them complete control over productivity. That's something that makes a pay rate increase for every Pilot a walk in the park!

And, analyst's even asked what the company would budget to make improvements for the Pilots in return?

Why do you think NOTHING was done in return!

This should be good!

I am aware of all of those. What you fail to mention is how much WORSE those things would have been with much higher labor costs. But in your world, it wouldn't have been any worse because labor costs are FREE!

PAY US WHAT EVER WE WANT, ITS ALL FREE! YAHOO!!!!

This should be good.

Your argument is exactly akin to saying that someone who is occasionally struggling to pay their bills should go buy a new Ferrari.

Referring to your post 376.

How about IATA, who represent over 230 Airlines worldwide who do not cite labor costs as being a significant cause of Airline furloughs and bankruptcies?

How about MIT and our SME who are in agreement with IATA?

Your problem is a simple one. You have been brainwashed over and over about Pilot compensation by MGMT. And, you're believing every word!

We are not talking about bankruptcy. We are talking about growth.

If labor costs don't hamper airlines, why do they fight against them?
