For a 20 year mil guy they are low. I was a 10 year mil guy with those stats and was told by recruiters they are low. Look at the averages delta posts and you will see they are below average. For a fighter guy they are great but for a heavy guy they are low comparatively speaking.

All I can say is on the ual side, avg is still about 8000 hours . Military transport is over 5000. Obviously fighters is much lower.

That's exactly what I stated, below the Delta publicized average. Recruiters at both, and BK at UAL said they were also looking for good progression. 2800 hours of heavy AF time is what you should get in your first 2 assignments. They know what a 20 year guy would have as a heavy guy on average and will question why it's low. Plenty of good explanations but it will raise questions.

I'm mentoring a guy with almost the exact SAME TT and TPIC. Hired.
We call guys with these resumes the 'rock stars' because of their entire resume. His in the ballpark. As a 20 yr USAF his resume should (?) show additional qualifications.
Getting 121 qual'd is a good mark on his resume. He'll be a better candidate, and new hire, because he's expanding his professional resume and experience before he lands at, hopefully, #1.
