How about a 4-year college degree, masters degree? Volunteer work or something else that can set you apart from the crowd? Assume you are already a Part-121 pilot. Have extensive PIC turbine or is it mostly SIC? (I assume you have plenty of PIC if you have all those types).

I haven't been called either, but for me it's a currency issue. Just some ideas above. I'm sure you've already heard the same from others on here...

I'd say good luck, but FWIW I think those getting hired make their own luck!

One thing you may want to consider is having someone look over your application and make it look a bit better. I believe Centerline Prep offers this service.

Good luck!

Fully agreed. I have had the same questions from very highly qualified mil friends of mine. I looked over their apps and recommended a few changes and they both got called within a month. Maybe a coincidence. Centerline and other interview prep places would obviously be much better at doing this. It may just be something slightly awry on your app that's causing computers not to select...

I used Centerline for this service. I was told I have a highly competitive app and it's just a matter of time... I'll let you know how it works out. Tick tock tick tock.

Anyone able to help?

I'm at just over 13,000TT, 2400TPIC, 4yr degree from Riddle, Airbus typed, multiple internal LOR's at a couple of legacies including meet and greet that resulted in a CP LOR. Running out of ideas!

Hang in there I guess!

As ridiculous as it sounds, too much total time perhaps. Are airlines filtering out above 6000 hours for example?

I have done that, Working on my masters degree right now, current, military veteran, Director of Safety, volunteer activities etc. Have had people look over my app as well, couple of small changes were made but nothing major. Just a little frustrating when 2 and 3000 hour pilots are getting hired left and right and I just can't get the phone call. Little frustrating, if you know what I mean.
