Default Delta App Updates

Are guys getting emails from Delta to update their application? It seems when I got that email the interview invite followed within the month.

Yes!! Reply All should require a several step process to make sure the sender is sure they want to reply to ALL. I've seen that one go wrong in a forward deployed location!

Hiring boards don't have to comb through these forums. They rely on employees to do the heavy lifting. There really is no such thing as anonimity on the interweb. Annoy enough employees with your posts, they just may take offense and out you to the hiring board. It's happened before. Don't be "that" guy.

The medical will be a breeze.

See ya on campus! Any questions, holla at me via PM.
Thank you. I definitely feel like I won the lottery. Couldn't be more excited. I got a little exposure to the pilot group when I was at the training center for the interview. A superb group of people. As I was hanging out in the cafeteria waiting for my turn, multiple Captains took the time to come over to me, introduce themselves and help me relax with some great stories and advice.

I got that email earlier this week. I've been told it means the app made it out of the big stack into the small stack. If it scores well compared to the others in the short stack, you get a call. If there's something about your record that reduces the score, I've heard two things...one that it goes back to the big stack, and another told me they thought it stays in the short stack until your score is good enough to warrant a call. The only ones who go into the trash are the ones who fail the panel interview, otherwise there's always hope.

I know a few guys that interviewed who never received the "Update you app" email. The email definitely means they're looking at you, but isn't a requisite to receiving an interview invitation (at least that's what I'm telling myself).
