Are they not waging "war" on the US industry? And cheating in the process? I cut them no quarter whatsoever. none. I hope they go under.

BR, Presently there are few if any American pilots showing up for interviews at the 3. So your "brilliant" resolution will be like most of ALPA'S resolutions...toothless. However that said, if you want to put a serious crimp in these carriers, just do the opposite. Hire those that are biting at the bit to leave. Losing 200 or so pilots over the next three months at any of the the three, would really do a number. They're having a hard enough time now finding qualified pilots that are willing to uproot out of their first world country.

What percentage of their pilots are American?

It's close to 10% at Emirates. Much lower at Etihad and Qatar.
Not quite correct on the years. It wasn't until 2005ish that the RJ guys even got a look. At the beginning of 2002 there was 1 American pilot. At the end of 2002 there were 2.

I know a lot of RJ guys went over during the 2002-2007 time frame.

Probably was closer to 2005. I know 3 that went to Emirates in 2006. How many pilots are there are Emirates now?
