Me thinks Viewfromtop is having login issues again. This weeks comic is up on his home page. Just click on "home" on any of his previous posts.
Cheers all!

Hope everyone's Memorial Day is safe and if you're flying, then thanks!
I start a 4-day tomorrow, a day trip followed by a 3 day. Yay.

Haha! I’ve flown with 20 somethings who already have one. On the one hand, it makes me laugh. On the other, good to see folks making wise decisions while still young. At that age I was blowing it on fast cars and rice rockets.

I fond memories, a low paid F/O, starting out with the airlines, in the early ‘80s. When I wanted a decent meal, I’d go to JFK, PanAm, TWA, or United to jump seat to who cares. The good old days of never riding behind first class.

I remember a couple regional FO's back in the day, who were commuting to base to fly stand-ups (the junior lines). They couldn't or didn't want to afford crash pads, so when they finished their turn in the morning they'd nonrev on a transcon to the the other coast, get fed, and sleep in business or first. Then do the same on the return flight, and go back to work on arrival.

Holy cow, the stories!

Niece's graduation today, so this one is getting posted here a little late.
