Nothing is drop dead.. usually contracts have a 2-3 aircraft per month removal clause.... It is disconcerting he said a few weeks in the call and the previous call to that he said in the coming months....

Mesa Training question

What's the success rate per class for students making it from starting systems training to on the line? Does Mesa work with the interns or is there a cut out on SIM redo's, etc?

Typically it works like this:

You can fail 2 sims. After the second failure there is a training review board convened to determine if you go on and what the weakness is and what retraining is required. Then the 2 sim clock resets. If you fail two more you are gone. They want you to pass. They will work with you. After the first sim unsat you have an automatic retrain an another shot.

You could fail sim 2. Retrain. Pass. Pass 3-5 then fail sim 6. If that happens it TRB time.

I don’t know the pass rate on initial right now.
