You will get DFW in short order. However, I see DFW pilots deadheaded into IAD to cover flying there.

Why are you not looking at SkyWest and Envoy?

Relatively new to 121 so any assistance greatly helps.
We don’t junior assign or “junior man”. As junior assignment available, which means you can turn down the assignment.

Unstacking is part of the monthly flying scheduling process where they place high priority flying on your schedule regardless of what you put in your bid. Just don’t care about days you need off and you will be fine.

Not interested in SKW and Envoy never got back to me, plus have no interest in being at LGA. IAD would be a 2 short-leg flight commute (either through ORD or DTW) while DFW has non-stop service

Is there any way to avoid unstacking via the bidding process?

By bidding reserve... life on reserve is worse than unstacking.

There’s no such thing as a short 2 leg commute. Trust me I’ve done that before

So I've heard, thus, my desire for DFW which has non-stop service (albeit, a longer single leg)

Agreed, trying to avoid being on reserve for any amount of time

Try SkyWest again. They are bleeding pilots. Envoy seems picky until you have 950 hours of 121 time.

Part of my disinterest in SKW is what they last told me (several weeks ago) regarding minimum 3-6 months of reserve time. If I'm going to make a jump somewhere, I want as little reserve time as possible, ideally zero
