I applied with 1500+ hours and my ATP written completed.

I received a reply saying, Thanks but not thanks.
We now require candidates to have their full ATP license.
Please re-apply after completing.

So, they are hiring, but higher mins.

They are pooling.

In addition to the ATP you need to be instrument current and landing current.

Funny thing is for the 75 odd pilots furloughed, most won't be instrument or landing current when we return. Unless we spend a bunch of money renting planes. Flying jobs are just hard to come by.

You don’t need to be. It’s on the company to get you current.

The hiring requirements were updated to require currency. Those already hired are fine.

That’s exactly what I was saying. Or did you mean to quote someone else. He was talking about the furloughed training guys currency. I wasn’t saying anything about new hires.
