The global demand will stabilize. There is only so much cargo to move. Belly freight will return to the legacies and international carriers.

Atlas is a ***** for many carriers. It’s what we do. It’s not yours, just your turn.

20 OO 700s coming online for AA, plus an increased PSA presence in DFW month over month. Isn’t that a bit suspicious you think?

Not really, our flying is up 30% from November in DFW and doubled in PHX as well. AA is trying to consolidate into their fortress hubs where they make the vast majority of their money. DFW, MIA, CLT, and PHX. Don’t be surprised to see the NE regionals start moving into these bases as well. DP loves the whipsaw, less regionals = less whipsaw. And what better regional to whipsaw against the others then the cheapest in the country flying the largest capacity aircraft out of any regional in the US. 79 seats for the price of about 50. It’s just simple economics in the end. Only thing that matters in the US is the bottom line in their quarterly reports. Everything else is kinda useless as far as stockholders (read the real owners of the company) are concerned. But I wouldn’t at all be surprised to see the number on the CPA go down to 40ish from is current low 50’s number.

There's been attrition on the AA side - not so much on the UA, but I would expect hiring to be "general" WHEN it starts which will probably not be very soon.

I'm not sure sure PSA presence is up in DFW in December. November my home airport has lost all PSA flights to CLT. Envoy is doing them.
