When will training restart

I would wager that you will not start training for 90 days at the very least. If the company is asking people to take 90 days off, that’s an indication they don’t plan to have any growth for the next 90 days and want to conserve cash while keeping you on the books as a qualified pilot. Checking APC every day is only going to drive you crazy. They will call you when they need you. Trust me. When I applied, I was in the door 14 days later. For now, I’d just focus on keeping your instrument skills proficient, as they will be less forgiving now that there is no pilot shortage near term. I wouldn’t be surprised if they try to get the new hires to pay for their own type rating and sign a 2 year contract. $36 an hour FO pay is here to stay, maybe lower come next contract. If we get lucky, might be offered some bottled water.

ha ha. I love it. Mesa is about to become the preferred regional of all the cocky pricks that thought they were too good to work there 6 months ago!

not if Mesa cadets are the only ones hireable without an ATP. Now you’re right in that we don’t know that every other regional is going to require an ATP. But if they do.......
