You could make as much as, if not, more money as a long Island police officer with some seniority and overtime, than as a AA/Delta/United captian. Those at Mesa should look at a career change. Next police exam for Nassau and Suffolk will be in a few months.
Also look at other big city trooper/police jobs, 3 letter federal agency, etc. You'll be much happier than you are at the airlines.

Hahah yeah who would want to live somewhere they don’t want to live, babysit adult children, wear a shiny object on their chest and have their every move and decision in potentially life-threatening situations scrutinized retroactively by the public who has no idea what it takes to do their job? No one is telling you to be that POS with that badge. You can be a good person with a badge. If you are a POS with a badge, that just reflects on your own personality.
