if you think we can afford anything more than $48 you are going stir crazy!! They gave us top dollar proposal. YOU said NO. If you think they will try and match Envoy get real. Our next proposal a year from now will probably be forty dollars per hour and no back pay!!! GOOD JOB fellow MESA pilots!!! I am SO proud of YOU
There will be no Mesa a year from now unless they start digging deeper in their pockets.
The pilots now have JO in a chokehold. He can either pay up, or he can shut down the company. Those are the options, and the ball is in pilots court.

How selfish of all you guys!!!! I don’t even think I’ll be for to fly the rest of my trip!!! I am so mad. We were offered more money than REPUBLIC OR SKYWEST and you thought voting that down would be right??? I am so mad! I can’t believe how you all turned your backs on this company and your fellow pilot brethren. What do you think they are going to come back with more? We probably won’t see negotiations for another year. So think of all the FOs that you just stuck on year 1 pay who could have had a very nice bump in pay. Most of us here can’t move on and now since of your greedy ness most of us here won’t be able to afford any items like boats or house. Greedy greedy I say. I am so disappointed in this group of pilots I can’t even breathe

If this company can’t afford to pay standard rates as per the actual market, shouldn’t be in business.

Think we can just get the 48 without the vote? Think after the year negation we can vote to 70-90 first year FO? Will United or American help us out with money? Think one will buy us and make us wholly owned?
As for me, hoping for the best. I like the thought of Houston with my family and the people I’ve met. I’m going to wait it out for now.
