I know a guy who knows FaceBiter. He says he's not even a pilot. He's just a pimple faced teenager who has nothing better to do with his free time than make unfounded posts on this website.

Mesa is throwing darts on a board man. We all know that's what they are doing. Does it make them a crappy airline worthy of scorn? No. Some bean counter figured that x amount of gross newhires = x amount of net pilots and believe me, they've done the math concerning the attrition. It's a business decision not reflective upon the pilot group. My guess is that they want to get every eligible pilot who's not in the mood to do an astronaut interview in order to get a 20K per year job to come over to their outfit and hopefully they stick around for more than a year. It's a numbers game while there are still numbers to be had.
Some regionals are holding to strict hiring standards (like Compass); good for them. My guess (unless something radically changes) is that Compass will soon join the ranks of the mirror test unless they run out of candidates who want to do a traditional interview complete with Psych eval in order to make McD's wages. Otherwise those people will go to Mesa, GoJet and the like.
We will see.

Bottom line, he can talk all he wants, planes are coming, classes are full, and not with a bunch of idiots. I will admit there were a number of people in my class that would not have passed an interview at some of the other regionals.
Having gone through the training, in my opinion, anyone who can't pass isn't motivated or just shouldn't be flying airliners.

But as time has progressed, I've noticed no matter what hour of the day, whether it be 4am or 4pm that someone post a question, response or just general information about Mesa, it takes no more than 10-15 minutes for him to respond with a stab at this place.
Literally looking at the dozens and dozens of posts he's made about this place I no longer think he's a terminated employee but rather someone with some sort of serious psychological issue.
You'd have to be on some sort of drug or have something seriously wrong with your head to spend the time and energy not only online but monitoring this "Mesa" thread as that guy does.
I hate Republic Airways WITH A PASSION. If it wasn't for all the great line pilots that would lose their jobs, I even would go as far as saying I hope their headquarters burns down and the company folds tomorrow. Leaving BB and WH with nothing. With all that said, I have probably posted 3 maybe 4 negative things in all of the Republic forums combined in the past 6 months. Meanwhile this facebiter guy is everyday all day nonstop.

I believe he's a pilot, with some kind of vendetta against Mesa. I don't for one second he spends this much time posting this stuff out of concern for the safety of Mesa's passengers.
