Clarence.... Guy single handily destroyed his credibility many a times on this forum acting like a child and bragging about how his dad teaches him how to fly. Unfortunately Mesa will hire him since there's really no screening.

I don't care what they do, but I will always be here to inform prospective new hires that this is, in fact, the tactic.
If Mesa were my company, I'd be asking several questions. Why is there an incentive to waste money and resources on candidates that have no right being there in the first place? Is this waste characteristic of other parts of their business plan? Does the company care so little for their people that they risk putting a black mark on your career forever as a ploy to attract as many applicants as possible? In what other ways is the company putting all the risk on my future career and my certificates that all the other cheerleaders are hiding?
My question here is, why do you all immediately come to the defense of Mesa? You are allowed to have a critical opinion and one that is not fed to you by recruiters and managers. It's healthy and might actually eventually lead to contract and QOL gains.

I find it soooooo obvious that you and FaceBiter never, ever, ever respond to me every time I query you in this thread about WHY you care SO MUCH about Mesa's hiring if you don't even work here.
2) It's absolutely hilarious you're questioning Mesa's business practices, as if you're like Brian Bedford or Roger Cohen or something. Dude you have no idea how to run a corporation of this size, and if you did you sure as heck wouldn't been trolling around in a Mesa Airlines thread on APC. LOLLLLL.

Classic, anyone who questions Mesa's insane hiring practices and "very, very, understanding" training must've busted out of class.

Hey Skippy. The tag under your users name says "Gets Weekends Off" and identifies you as a moderator. So moderate. Keep your dog out of the fight. You shouldn't post and should seriously not repeat or echo other peoples posts whether you can or can't personally verify.
Try and keep, well, quite.

Huh? Are you ok?

I've watched this forum for weeks and months. At first facebiter seemed to be some sort of angry kid (and I don't use the word "kid" lightly) that couldn't make it through mesa's training pipeline, and since now was unemployed had an abundance amount of free time to post trash about the place that let him go.
But as time has progressed, I've noticed no matter what hour of the day, whether it be 4am or 4pm that someone post a question, response or just general information about Mesa, it takes no more than 10-15 minutes for him to respond with a stab at this place.
Literally looking at the dozens and dozens of posts he's made about this place I no longer think he's a terminated employee but rather someone with some sort of serious psychological issue.
You'd have to be on some sort of drug or have something seriously wrong with your head to spend the time and energy not only online but monitoring this "Mesa" thread as that guy does.
I hate Republic Airways WITH A PASSION. If it wasn't for all the great line pilots that would lose their jobs, I even would go as far as saying I hope their headquarters burns down and the company folds tomorrow. Leaving BB and WH with nothing. With all that said, I have probably posted 3 maybe 4 negative things in all of the Republic forums combined in the past 6 months. Meanwhile this facebiter guy is everyday all day nonstop.
