For those of you who are having trouble getting call backs, you might want to go to this open house for guaranteed face time:
October 28th & 29th
IAH Open House
Houston Airport Marriott
18700 John F. Kennedy Blvd.
10am - 7pm
For information call:
520-591-2523
As guys have said the "quick upgrade" is over. Unless we get awarded more flying, all the Captains needed for what's been announced are already on property.

What kind of schedules would guys with this kind of seniority have?

They don't do mis-awards or anything like that. You also cannot access pbs unless the budding period is open. Did your base change? The number of lines available and relative seniority has everything to do with what you get, provided that your bid was the same from last month.

Our PBS system is awesome. It is up to you to learn how to master it. Best advice is to do what prior said and email alpa or talk to your captains, print out your bid and reasons report, and show them and get help. Your on the right track tho.

Not correct. Mesa is running standing bids right now so they can avoid paying moving costs. For the ones who don't know, if you are awarded another base because you had changed your standing bid and put DFW for example above CLT, even though CLT is going to close, you will not get move money. You must keep CLT number one and DFW number two, all the way until Mesa actually runs the displacement award. Do not put any other base as your number one base that you are currently in unless you want to foot the bill on the move. This is my 5th displacement, trust me, I know. I still can't believe I am at Mesa...

me.. and to give you an example, I got a 94 hour 14 day off line next month which would be pretty average for credit to days off ratio that I have received the last 4-6 months in IAD.
I got everything I bid for plus all my trips are commutable on the first day and commutable on the last day. (gym time since I live in base)
So I can only imagine their lines are that and then some. One of those guys only bids Texas turns (AUS, DFW, SAT) Home every night, 17-19 days off.

I think the source of DJ's incredulity is the fact that IAD is ridiculously fat on FO reserves right now--net reserves at 250% on the 30th, with more guys rolling in fresh off IOE every day--and yet he's still getting stuck on reserve.

I went from reserve with 4 days off at a time in October to reserve with two days off at a time in November. My PBS bid's only preference was max days off at a time with a line, and barring that, max days off at a time on reserve.
Guys, is there any recourse? Do they do mis-awards for PBS? Everyone else is talking about the sweet schedules they got.

Also, I'm not sure what you all mean by "November schedules are out" .. They're not in flica yet so what are you looking at?
