For those that are wondering about training days on holidays, I'm in one of the new hire classes and we are only getting thanksgiving day off and then back to class on Friday. We haven't received the training schedule for x mas yet but I'm assuming it will be the same. This is for the CRJ side. The eJet guys are getting a 4 day weekend for thanksgiving since flight safety will be closed.

I bid roughly 28% up from the bottom of the IAD FO roster, was hoping for even a crap line but got reserve for the month. My first reserve bid group was for 11 specific days off and it was honored, so I've got a really sweet schedule as far as reserve schedules go.

Everyone goes to IAD out of the gate right now. Only takes a couple months to hold PHX or DFW though.
