I was told you can't always go off the most recent bid award. There's people that aren't bidding or don't meet the requirements. but I do and once I can I will be putting my upgrade bid in.

Good luck broseph. I hope I have the privilege and honor of pulling the gear handle for you one day soon when you have 100 hours at Mesa.

I was 18 months, my sim partner was 15, and he had prior 121.
Now that I am just about finished, I will say this... I wouldn't want to do it any faster, and I am glad I got to experience winter during my IOE, and other things that most people on IOE are never lucky enough to experience.
Be careful what you wish for, and study the crap out of that GOM and CFM. This job on the left seat is NOT your right seat job and working the tiller.

I hear you and know where you're coming from. I'm a Military guy with pilot in command experience and will take any piece of advice that is given. Again, thank you.
