Regardless of when they started at skw, as I didn't ask them first hand, they are at Mesa now. Should tell you something. And I won't get displaced, but thanks for your concern. I have decent seniority in PHX. How's that upgrade coming?

Not everyone, but many.
Not just checkrides. GED's, college dropouts, DUI's, arrest(s), 709's, terminations, failed 121 training, exc.

Wow, well I for one have two bachelor degrees with a 3.5 GPA and not one single failed check ride. As well as starting my masters this summer. Might want to rethink the stereotype you have of Mesa pilots.
