I was the middle guy in my class to get off IOE, even though I'm the least senior in my class. Within 12 hours of being off IOE I had a line. Since there are still more senior guys in class waiting to get done IOE, could that bump me into reserve in June?
From talking around there are a few guys who will be done IOE before the June bid closes, but most won't be, if that matters

If you look at the final bid awards for the current bid on the pilot lounge, that will give you an idea of where you will sit in regards to getting a line or being on reserve for next bid.

Hopefully the base situation can stabilize. Too many people have been displaced this past year.

That's not true. Low pay is very consistent and reliable.
