Being a new hire, could I get the upsides and downsides if this deal were to happen? I know DCI airlines go through hell but could you expand on the downsides?

We're regional pilots. None of us are God's gift to anything. Except perhaps regional airline CEOs, whose bonuses we make possible.

Downside: flying BEAT 200's out of bases that are difficult two-leg (probably Dfw/MSP) commutes for many. If you upgrade in the crj, guess where you're going. Not to mention further justification to the ridiculous base pay we have here.

Upside: quick upgradez bro!

There's no way we could staff that much extra flying without something big going down to fill classes.

Couple things here-

- First and foremost, those are Endeavor's planes, I wan't nothing to do with "taking" another carrier's aircraft.
- Secondly, anyone who has flown a 200 will tell you, run. away. fast. No fadec, hot in the summer, climb like sh*t.......
- No way would could ever staff that kind of flying - we already have
more 900's and highly likely another batch of 175s to staff....
- That amount of new flying would set us up for disaster.
