Please explain? I was at RAH and this is worlds better.

I've taken offense to your comment, so if your going to slander my employer please give facts why it is so horrible vs other regionals.

Prior you beat me to it, I was offended for a second too but he's a CFI who obviously hasn't worked here before, he wouldn't know what it's like. All he knows right now is to repeat the lines he's heard from other Mesa haters. I've had no problems with Mesa so far since I've been here, it's been a good experience so far. Ignorant haters are gonna hate.

Boy you sound just lucky ... But you're still on reserve which means subject to Ready reserve, CMF/CML, deadheads, test flights, no schedule just days off, repositioning/ferry flights, crew trac, 7 hotels when could've bought 0, flying with the guys no one else will fly with, subject to UAX,USX, and even GO! Being based somewhere means nothing to crew sched When ur on reserve. Oh...and unless those are golden days you could easily end up flying.

Having 602-xxx-xxxx NOT show up on my phone is blessing enough to not being on reserve.

At least life is good for you right now ....but please please please never try to paint Mesa RSV as a good thing.

Not having a 602 number show up on my phone "hardly ever"is blessing enough to not being on reserve.

I didn't mean to paint it as anything, I'm the low guy on the totem pole I just embrace it and know that it could be worse. And yes I did make the holidays my golden days. All I was saying is that things at Mesa aren't nearly as bad (at least from my point of view) as what people say on this forum.

Anybody know if the 100 hrs of Multi listed on their website is a hard requirement? I'm sitting around 60-ish multi right now.

Run from Mesa toward what? A 50-seat operator that's going to shrink or go bankrupt over the next few years? The only other regional I'd be willing to go to is Compass.

Phone offers and weird class letters are a little unconventional, but they've got a lot more hiring to do that anyone else. That's good!

I thought guys were getting lines faster than that. Are your classmates in IAD and ORD on reserve as well?

Actually I'm a FO at TSA, so obviously you need to get your facts straight before you start posting stuff. There are other airlines that have better work rules and pay than Mesa. For example compass or TSA.

What's better at TSA besides pay?

Just about everything. Look at your own union's presentation at where your company sits on things like pay, min days, min credit, cancellation pay or lack thereof, vacation etc. and you'll find mesa and rah at or near the bottom compared to every other regional.
