I jump seated thru DFW and can attest to the awfulness that runs the operation there. It's not a Mesa thing. AA needs to whip those people into shape or fire their asses. I missed my connecting commute flight thanks to those bozos.

The passengers, who vote with their $$$, are the only ones with the power to change any of this. But it doesn't matter because come this fall when it's time to go see grandma, AA will be $20 cheaper than United and those previous bad experiences won't even be a distant memory in their minds.

If we are so over staffed at least on the pilot side in DFW, are other CRJ bases short on people? Or is this possibly a sign of things to come such as more CRJ flying.

Something is going on:
11% D-0
Walking through the B terminal and seeing lines of people at the service desks getting rebooked and vouchers because of cancellations.
Gate agents hiding in the jetways because they don't want to face the peeps and clean up the Mesamess.
Mesa pilots walking through the terminal looking like whipped dogs, afraid to look anyone in the eyes or untucked their tails.
The McDonalds at the 30ish gates can't make enough dollar menu burgers quick enough to feed all the poor Mesa FOs. (I hear they are hiring more help for you reserve FOs not being used)
And why are all of the Mesa FAs always sprinting from gate to gate?
I really hope you guys are able to turn it around in DFW, if not it's probably okay because AA won't give you the boot since you own the airplanes.

What's ironic is that you point at mesa. However just look at today's stats system wide.

I'm smarter than you but that's OK. What point are you making without context? How many of those flights were premptively canceled by the codeshare partners? How many were crew or maintenance related? Those stats mean nothing.
