No left seats will be hired off the street; however people won't be trained in the 175 until next year anyway.

Just wondering, does the E175 type rating come with a neckless? It's such a pretty airplane...

Fixed it for you. Mesa has hired street captains before (most recently, 2007/2008) and only the market, future contracts and turnover will dictate the possible need for street captains again. As of now, we're "overstaffed". In 6 months, that could all change. But with how well classes have been filling up, I wouldn't hold your breath.

Just wait till next spring when attrition goes through the roof and part 117 kicks in, and everybody is getting 3 and 4 job offers, even the marginal types.

Next Spring? Just wait until they've exhausted hiring the undesirables or rejections of other airlines along with the pool of "FozzJared" runs dry.

You can. First, stop peeing sitting down and stand up for a change. That's a start

Nope. However, it does come with an ESL course though. You should apply.
